Having experienced numerous moves herself and lived in a variety of homes, Kathy understands the challenges and opportunities of relocating. She combines her market expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of client needs to guide buyers and sellers through successful real estate transactions. Kathy's core values of faith, family, integrity, and perseverance drive her dedication to service. She is active in her community, volunteering on the Safety and Baking Teams at CenterPointe Christian Church in Venice and as an advisor on Tampa General Hospital’s (TGH) Patient and Family Advocacy Council (PFAC) for transplants. Both of Kathy’s sons received life-saving transplants at TGH, and her involvement with PFAC is her way of giving back to the hospital by helping improve processes and patient experiences for future families.

Living on Florida’s Suncoast fulfills Kathy’s dream of residing near the beach. She loves exploring the area’s natural beauty, searching for shark teeth, and enjoying sunsets with her family. In her free time, she enjoys photography, baking, cooking, gardening, and traveling.
